Required enrollment documents
The specific documents required for enrollment can vary depending on the educational institution, program, and level of education. However, here is a general list of documents that are commonly requested during the enrollment process:
- Form 138 or Progress Report Card
- Certificate of good moral character from the previous school
- Certificate of Eligibility
- Photocopy of child’s birth certificate
- Two colored 2x2 & 1x1 ID pictures
- Pass the qualifying exam
- Full payment or required down payment, books and other school fees
- Signed Commitment of Parents
